SERVICE: Collection of Real Property Taxes About the Service: Service to be rendered to property owners of real properties located within the territorial jurisdiction wherein they will pay a certain percentage of the assessed value as real property tax. Discount is granted under the following circumstances: 1. 20% if full payment shall be made in advance for the tax due for the year before it accrues on Jan 1 of the current year; 2. 15% if full payment of the tax due for the year shall be paid not later the 16th of January of the current year; 3. 10% if full payment shall be made on or before march 31 of the current year. If payment shall be made in installment no discount shall be granted. Requirements: Official Receipt of last payment and/or RPTOP Amount of tax to be collected: 1% of the assessed value as basic tax 1% of the assessed value as SEF 2% per month as penalty if the tax due shall be paid after March 31 of the current year. Service: Collection of Transfer Tax on Real Property Ownership About the Service: Collection of tax imposed on the sale, barter, donation, adjudication, settlement, quitclaim or any mode of transferring ownership or title of real properties and the issuance of certification relative with the payment thereof. Requirements: -Instrument /document showing the means of conveyance -Tax declaration -copy of previous title -CAR issued by the BIR Amount of tax to be collected: 50% of 1% of the total consideration involved in the acquisition of the property of the fair market value appearing in the TD whichever is higher P40.00 as certification fee 25% surcharge if payment shall be made after 60 days from the date of execution of the deed 14% per annum from the due date until the tax shall be paid as interest for late payment.. Service: Issuance of Permit to extract sand and grave and other quarry resources and the collection of extraction fees and other relative thereof. About the Service: Permit shall be granted to any person, partnership, corporation that shall allow them to extract, pick, gather sand and gravel and other quarry resources for commercial and industrial purposes or that shall allow them to engage in small scale mining within the territorial jurisdiction of the Province of Ilocos Norte. About the Service: A permit shall be granted to any person, partnership or corporation engaged in business within the Province of Ilocos Norte and /or for the conduct of Fundraising activities. Service: Collection of Secretary's Fees and Professional Tax. About the Service: A certification shall be collected for every typewritten, printed or xerox copy (photocopy) of any official record, document of certification by any office or department in the Provincial Government and an annual Professional Tax is levied to all persons in engaged in the exercise or practice of his profession requiring a government examination within the jurisdiction of the province.
