Once you have approved the wording we present to you, our top-flight printers will produce your property brochure complete with the stunning images mentioned above.
Our window images receive the same level of care and attention, which ensures that your property is shown off to its best potential at all times.

Rather than promising completely unrealistic monthly rental income, we believe in being straight with our landlords from the start about their property lettings. It’s not about finding any tenant, it’s about us finding the right one
Finding the right tenant we feel is the most important part of our role. It’s often not about how quickly we can rent your property but how well we have let it. It’s like a relationship we want to match the right tenant for your property. It’s as much about whether they suit your property as it is whether they have the means financially to rent the property. This is the main reason we do not pay individual commission as we only ever have our landlords best interest at heart.

As you may be aware, regulation in the lettings market is currently minimal at best. Here at Petty Son and Prestwich, however, we believe in a more proactive approach, which is why we are voluntary members of all the key governing bodies, including: The Association of Residential Lettings Agents, SAFEagent, Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme, The Property Ombudsman and The National Association of Estate Agents.

Obviously we hope that you’ll never have cause to complain but, just in case, here is the procedure.
The level of our service should always be professional and anything we say we will do should be done. If we fail in any level of our service then please let us know so that we can put it right.
