You went to primary school for a couple of years. During that period you have done and learnt a lot. What probably will not change. To make clear what you have been doing and what you GIRLS BOYS are going to do in the years to come, you have to make a portfolio. How to make a portfolio is explained on this page.

What do you have to? Step 1)

Bring: a binder with 5 tabs and (at least) 10 see thru holders.

Step 2)

Put the tabs in the binder.

Make a Curriculum Vitae. These are the first pages of your portfolio.

Step 5)

Write an introduction (inleiding) . Save this behind tab 1. (e.g.: “This is my portfolio. I hope you find it interesting to read.”).

Step 6)

Write a story about your future (about 15 lines) . In the story answer the question: What do you think your life will be like 15 years from now?

Step 7)

Decorate an A4 with the story of step 6 (e.g. drawings, pictures) Put the story behind the introduction.

Step 8)

Collect (copies or scans) of the diplomas and certificates you got so far. Save them behind tab 4.

Step 9)

Put 6 see thru holders behind tab 2 (as soon as you get your reports, you can put them in the see thru holders.

Step 10)

Hand in the portfolio.

TAKING-CARE-OF-YOURSELF In de weeks to come you are to carry out assignments on taking care of yourself. The results of the assignments have to be saved in a file. You will get a mark for that “Taking-care-of-yourself-file”.

Not all themes that should be in this chapter are in there. The missing themes will be dealt with at 7 subjects like economics, biology .

FILM Watch the movie Fucking Åmål. Below you can read what the film is about.. The flm was released at the same time as Titanic. In Sweden the amount of people going to Fucking Åmål was a high as the amount of people going to Titanic. Fucking Åmål (English: Show Me Love) tells the story of two girls, Agnes and Elin, who go to school in the small town of Åmål in Sweden. Elin is outgoing and popular, but finds her life unsatisfying and dull. Agnes, by contrast, has no real friends and is constantly depressed. Agnes has a crush on Elin, but cannot find any way to express it. Agnes is devastated when Elin, of all people, humilates her to impress Elin’s older sister Jessica.
