CANYON SPRINGS RIVER HOUSE: This site is defined by a 25’ tall retaining wall that shifts the course of the river. The retaining wall removes the river bank on the east side of the river. This has caused upstream and downstream erosion and increased flooding.

LOWER NORTH FORK WATERSHED: CASE STUDY

Vegetation at this location is only on the west side of the river and primarily consists of Russian Olives, Tamarisks and Willows.
