REPORT PRC have become synonymous with the Melbourne Cup Carnival, creating the most talked about hospitality experiences for the city’s corporate & social elite. “Each year, winning food, drink and styling trends emerge to set the tone for functions, celebrations and launches for the year to come,” says Sean Zajac, PRC’s head of Catering & Events. Cup Carnival always unleashes creativity in an attempt to impress and engage guests – and the Peter Rowland Catering team see it all. “It means we’re able to bring ideas direct to our clients that we know are on trend, delight guests and help transform a brand into a hospitality experience,” adds Sean. So did 2016’s Carnival see a theme emerge? “It’s all about the details,” says Sean. “Think layers of details – guests notice everything from how you serve the food to what wait staff are dressed in. My advice is to ensure touch points that engage all the senses just as much as serving delicious food and drink to really bring your business statement to life.” For more on how the PRC can bring the Trend Report to your next event, click here
