Quick Pizza Makes 1 x 20cm round This is a great quick alternative, be generous with the herbs, chop a mix of parsley, thyme and rosemary to add to the dough. The thinner you roll out the dough the better for this base.
1 x tortilla wrap For the topping 4 tbsp tomato sauce 100g mozzarella, thinly sliced (or grated mozzarella) 5 or 6 basil leaves, torn 2 â€“ 3 slices parma ham Small handful rocket Basil leaves for garnishing 1. Turn on the Air-Wave Health Cooker to 205Â°C. Place the warp on the baking tray and heat in the oven for 2 - 3 minutes. Remove and turn the wrap over. 2. Spread over the tomato sauce, arrange the slices of mozzarella and sprinkle over some basil leaves. 3. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for a further 5 - 6 minutes until the topping has melted and is golden. 4. Sprinkle over the parma ham, rocket and remaining basil leaves, slide off the pan, slice and serve. Tip: Add sliced of marinaded artichokes before adding the mozzarella
Frozen Mini Chicken Fillets Serves 2 This is so quick and easy anyone in the family can do this.
8 mini chicken fillets, frozen Salt and pepper to season Mango and Coriander salsa, to serve 1. Turn on the Air-Wave Health Cooker to 185째C. 2. Spray the baking pan/tray with a little olive oil and place the frozen chicken fillets on the tray. Place this on the high rack and bake for 10 to 12 minutes depending on the size until golden brown. 3. Pile the chicken fillet on a plate and serve with the mango and coriander salsa. Tip: serve with a dash of wasabi mayonnaise
