eave the ingredients to rest over night! Make sure you get plenty of L sleep the night before you intend to study, there are lots of benefits to regulating your sleeping pattern; your concentration will be better, your mood will be better and you will be less likely to get ill. re-heat your mental oven to the perfect temperature and do P something easy to start. It’ll help you feel like you’ve made a start and the rest won’t seem as daunting! Remember you need fuel to keep the momentum, have a healthy breakfast and remember your water bottle for the library! reate a mixing bowl of ideas. Studying with friends helps to clarify C things you don’t know, you can also share lecture/ seminar notes. Working with your housemates at exam time can also benefit greatly, taking turns to cook meals for the entire house can save you both money and precious time during the exam period. Add generous splashes of water. Remember that hydration is important all of the time, but especially when you are trying to study for an exam. If you need a break the Students’ Union can offer you a free pint of water in a chilled out environment.

Avoid over whisking your mind by taking a walk outside or alternatively burn off those extra stress hormones with an energetic work out in the gym.

It’s recommended that you make this recipe next to natural light source, with a supply of fresh air to keep you awake and concentrating. over and leave the mixture some days to do something completely C different. If you try to cram in too much your brain won’t recharge and re motivate itself! If the mixture isn’t quite coming together, try the 10 minute rule. If you’re lacking in motivation to do any revision, try doing it for 10 minutes. Get your notes out and have a read through. Then after 10 minutes, either continue doing this if you already feel more motivated or reward yourself for having done it as if you’d had a whole revision session. Then try the 10 minute rule again! To avoid burning out stir in generous amounts of relaxation/ fun activities into your revision schedule. Check out what’s going on the Students’ Union. There may be something that takes your fancy at our Stress Less Week schedule! Finally, decorate with a mixture of fresh fruit and vegetables! (good for energy and concentration) and sprinkle with rewards for when you’ve finished a session or approached a difficult topic!
