• Digital photos • Erecting sign on property • Arranging property description and advertisements on two websites www.realestate.com.au www.peterdruittco.com • Processing tenancy applications • Checking tenants on TICA database • Arranging lease paperwork including tenancy agreement and condition report • Lodging bond with Office of Fair Trading
• Full detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports • 3 – 6 monthly routine inspection reports • Coordinating all maintenance and repairs • Daily arrears checks and necessary action • Payment of general rates, insurances, water rates if required • Representation at Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal if required • Office TICA membership (Tenancy Information Centre of Australia)
• Mid month and end of month payments via EFT or Cheque • Mid month and end of month statements via email or post • Mailing of correspondence and telephone calls throughout the month
• Lease renewals • Rent reviews • End of financial year statements
