Beaches Just one mile down the road from your new holiday home is the beautiful open sands of Widemouth Bay. When the tide is out there are lots of rockpools to explore and the bay is great for surfing. Nearby is lovely Crackington Haven which is sheltered by some of the highest cliffs in Cornwall and has some great walks to other coves along the coastline. Gardens Widemouth is convenient for both Devon and Cornwall so you can explore the gardens of both counties. How much does a typical holiday home cost?

We have a wide selection of new and pre-owned holiday homes to suit a range of budgets. Our caravan holiday homes start from around £17,995 and our luxury lodges from £90,000.

When can I use my holiday home?

Thanks to our 12 month season you can use your holiday home during any month of the year, but you must spend 14 days a year elsewhere and need to have a permanent residential address elsewhere.

How much are your site fees and running costs?

How long will I be able to keep my caravan on site?

You will be able to keep your caravan on site for a minimum of 20 years from the manufacture date. Once this date has passed we will continue to renew the agreement on an annual basis, dependent on the condition of the caravan.


What about Stamp Duty and Council Tax? As you will be purchasing a holiday home rather than a residential property you do not have to pay Stamp Duty or Council Tax.

What if you don’t have the make/model I’m looking for in stock? If you are looking for a particular make/model that we do not currently have in stock, we can order it in for you, or source it from our dealer network.

What is included in the cost of buying a holiday home with PBR?

When buying with us, the price of your holiday home includes site fees for the remainder of the year, plus fees for siting and connections and safety checks.

Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my holiday home? Yes, we require a deposit to secure your holiday home and chosen pitch - the deposit price is dependent on the price of the holiday home being purchased. Full payment is then required within 14 days of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made.

How can I pay for my holiday home? We accept BACS transfer, credit or debit cards. We also have finance solutions available to help you buy in partnership with Black Horse Finance. See page 25 for more information.

Do you provide holiday home insurance? We can arrange holiday home insurance on your behalf.

Is my holiday home covered by a warranty? Yes! For brand new holiday homes there is a minimum 12 month warranty, and for pre-owned it is 3 months.

Can I move my holiday home from another park? Yes, we offer a park relocation service and can arrange for your current holiday home to be transferred to either Bude Holiday Park or Widemouth Fields. Please contact us for more information.

I want to sell my touring caravan to buy a holiday home, can you help?

Absolutely! We offer a minimum part exchange of £1,500 for your existing tourer.

Can I bring my dog along? Of course! All of our parks are dog friendly so feel free to bring them along*

Can I add features to my holiday home such as decking and fences? Yes, we can arrange this for you upon buying your holiday home.
