A well  known  and  highly  respected  not  for  profit organisation  based  in  Campbelltown  is  looking  to  appoint  a Financial  Controller.

This organisation  is  multi  faceted  within  the  Vocational Education  and  Training  sector  with  operations  including  a Group  Training  Organisation,  Registered  Training Organisation,  Australian  Apprenticeship  Centre.

Our client  is  an  well  known  and  respected  apprenticeship focussed  community  based  organisation  based  in Campbelltown.  The  organisation  has  been  contracted  to provide  mentoring  and  support  services  to  apprentices  by the  Australian  Government.

Reporting to  the  CEO,  this  is  a  senior  management  role within  this  large,  multi  division  organisation.  To  be considered  for  this  position  you  will  hold  a  degree  in accounting  or  economics  and  be  CA  or  CPA  member.  You will  also  be  able  to  demonstrate  around  five  years  in  a similar  position.  Experience  within  the  Group  Training industry  will  be  an  advantage.

The organisation  is  now  needing  an  Apprentice  Mentor  to join  their  team. The  Apprentice  Mentor  will  be  a  self  starter  with  an enthusiasm  for  people,  training  and  helping  them  succeed. Duties  include  carrying  out  initial  risk  analysis,  completing contact  visits,  identifying  apprentices  requiring  assistance and  facilitating  that  assistance.

As Financial  Controller  of  this  organisation  you  will manage  the  accounts  and  payroll  team,  prepare  the organisations  budgets,  provide  divisional  forecasts  and manage  and  project  cashflow.

To be  successful  in  your  application  for  this  rewarding position  you  will  demonstrate  exceptional  customer service,  communication  and  people  skills,  be  well presented  and  have  an  understanding  of  apprenticeships and  their  associated  programs.
