Recreation Facility Agreement expires on 17 February 2022, a working group was formed to investigate the matter. Under the current agreement, Aveo Group has taken responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility . After a working group meeting on September 3, Aveo responded on September 10 with a letter to the Principal Body Corporate offering to hand over the asset for a nominal fee, based on Aveo Group retaining the ability to sub-lease the commercial spaces for 100 years.
