Cleaning Procedure Rinse the Phasitron® P5-TA after each use with sterile water and allow to air dry. Cleaning should be performed daily. Visually inspect interior and exterior of all parts. 1.

Before starting the cleaning process, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Visually inspect the exterior of all parts, including tubing, for corrosion, discoloration, pitting, and cracks, as well as cracked or missing O-rings. CAUTION: Disconnect tubing from Phasitron® P5-TA and the device before cleaning.

CAUTION: Do not wash or submerge the antibacterial filter. CAUTION: Use of cleaning methods not outlined in these instructions for use may damage the Phasitron® P5-TA and accessories. 2. 3.

Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the tubing harness.

Use fragrance-free liquid dish soap added to a bowl or basin filled with warm tap water (example: Dawn liquid dish soap in the USA). Do not use "white" liquid dish soaps or antibacterial liquid dish soaps as these may contain additives harmful to parts of the Phasitron® P5-TA kit.

Thoroughly rinse each of the disassembled parts (except for filter) under warm running tap water for approximately 10 seconds.
