The purpose of this document is to give a basic knowledge about creativity and sharing activities in urban areas and to learn to be creative in urban areas.
This document includes preliminary research and good practice examples in some contexts that support creativity and sharing in urban areas in Europe. The final part is dedicated to terminology of sharing.
The research about Creativity and Sharing in urban areas is based on the research of the good practice examples about selected and successful activities from across Europe coming from different sectors and contexts like:
urban sharing events, open collaboration system, Organize a Community, Lend Locally (tool libraries), Share Time, Labour and Skills (time banks)...
The beneficiary of this book is anyone living in an urban area and that want to find creative and alternative ways to fell more active, connected with the neighbours and also find a local job coming from a stimulated entrepreneurship e.g. social enterprises.
