This traditional event features, agriculture exhibits, historical displays and informational booths set up throughout the grounds. Lots of free children’s entertainment and great local music are just some of the exciting activities scheduled for the weekend. Farm animals to meet. Come with friends and travel together. The car-pooling incentive is free festival passes. The first 3 adults in the vehicle will pay and the rest get in free. So if you’ve got an 8 passenger van, fill it up! The more people who travel together, the smaller our festival “footprint” will be. The sheer size of this fair is almost overwhelming. No dogs please.
Harrop Harvest Festival Sunday, Sept 15, 10am – 4pm Harrop Hall, 6066 McConnell Road Free admission This annual event offers vendors, great food, music, and children’s events. The relaxed, pleasant atmosphere encourages you to browse at leisure. Stay for lunch and listen to local musicians performing throughout the afternoon. There are also prizes to be won through various draws, so plan to come for the day and enjoy the great ambiance and lots of local produce and crafts.
