Hey, I’m Timory Nicolay and I’d like to introduce you to my stunning Simmental/Angus steer named Kero. I can’t decide if he’s good or bad, but we have gone on some adventures together. For example, the first day he kicked me. Thankfully though, he didn’t hurt me. He also likes to play games with me, like ‘Yeah, Right, Try and Halter Me’ and ‘Cop and Runner’ (in which I'm always the cop.) Besides his attitude, he’s a good steer who enjoys his daily feed of 4-H ration, barley and pellets. From the beginning he was a big calf weighing in at the October Weigh-In at 714 lbs. He’s a good-looking calf featuring a nice shiny black coat. I hope this was enough to convince you to come and meet him at our show and sale on May 25, 2023, and maybe place a bid. If not on him then maybe on one of the other great steers our clubs have on offer!
Hi, my name is Ben deBruyn and I am 12 years old. This is my first year of 4-H. My steer is a Simmental, and his name is Frankie. He was 836 pounds at weigh day and my goal is 1400 pounds. My hobbies include fishing, hockey, 4-H, biking, and camping. My steer is a big one and will be very tasty.

Hi, my name is Luke Gerdung, I am a Junior member of the Rocky South 4-H Beef Club. This is my Steer named Hagrid He is a Charolais Cross purchased from Willsie Farm. He weighed 740 lbs at weigh in and is gaining weight nicely!! I hope he will weigh at least 1300 lbs at the Show and Sale. I feed him 4-H Grower/Finisher and Some Hay. I really love being in 4-H because I am learning all about raising my steer, meeting new friends and playing games.

Thank you, Evergreen CO-OP, for buying my steer last year.
Hello Friends!
My name is Tayte Godlonton and this year my steer is Toby. Toby is a Black Angus, who was born on April 15, 2022. At the October weigh in, Toby was 710lbs. He is a pretty great steer and I’ve enjoyed working with him this year. I would like to take this opportunity to thank McCaws Drilling for purchasing my Steer last year and a big thank you to all you folks and businesses who support 4-H!
