Dear Parents/Carers, To introduce our newsletter this month I would like to wish the following children a very happy birthday. Thomas, James Bronwen, Emme, Beau, Cerys, Morgan, Rosie, Lukas and Oliver, Tiana, Oliver, Rose and Lily

May all their Birthday Wishes come true! To celebrate all the children’s birthdays we will be holding a special teddy bears picnic for the older children on Thurs 26th July 2012.

I would like to welcome our newest member of staff Sarah Lucus who will be covering Amanda’s maternity leave. Sarah has a BTEC diploma in early years and has completed her NVQ 4 in childcare; Sarah also holds qualifications in First aid, Safeguarding, Food protection, community food and nutritional skills level 2 and design to smile.

Golden Manor Nursery is delighted to announce our wedding on the 30th July 2012 at 2.00pm at St Marys Church in Pembroke. All parents/carers are welcome to attend, and the wedding party will receive official ‘Orders of Service’ in the near future. Many thanks to Mrs Chrissie John for baking the wedding cake, to Rev R Jones for conducting the service and the kind donations by Mrs S Edwards. Please may we ask that all parents/carers dress for the occasion including hats if possible. Golden Manors open day is on the 11th August 2012, between 10.00am and 2.00pm, please can we ask all parents/carers to donate any tins, raffle prizes, general bric and brac and sweets in a mug all donations will be gratefully received. We have lots organised for the day, including face painting, Vibe school of Dance, visits from the police, our bouncy castle plus lots more! All are welcome, and we appreciate your support.

NEWSLETTER: July 2011 Flying Start Notice: A reminder to all parent/carers that Flying Start ends on the Week Commencing 6th August 2012. The children all enjoyed our Jubilee party, many thanks to all who attended and made donations. Many thanks to Mrs S Harris for donating the jubilee medals for all children attending Golden Manor Nursery Ltd.

To conclude this newsletter may we remind all parents and carers to bring in a spare set of clothes and Sun screen as the weather is getting warmer all labelled with your child’s name and to remind all Parents/Carers that they must inform the manager Ruth or Asst Manager Sara if there are any changes to their child’s health care needs.
