Highly visible, the cultural centre is designed to provide a breathtakingly fresh interpretation on performance and gathering spaces. “Halo” takes visitors on a journey existing theatre incorporated in the new living arts centre around the perimeter of the main venue and provides spectacular 360 degree views of the city and hinterland. The green roof provides an additional multifunctional space 2 for recreation and relaxation, a perfect 13 vantage point to be an active participant for the functions below. 5 1

the re-organisation of the retained site infrastructure and the new spaces make the living arts centre a new experience. the foyer space, separated by a large glass façade creates an atrium that connects the interior and exterior of the site. this low threshold entrance and the new gre entrance organised foyer create clear sightlines through the buildingstorage where you experience all functions of the living arts centre and its surrounding context. museum
