Welcome to the 6th Annual No Borders Sale ➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤➤

The same concept for starting this sale stands as strong today as it did 5 years ago. We wanted to give breeders a platform to share their genetics and showcase their programs in a relaxed, low key event were everyone can have fun and share ideas and genetics. The sale has a great offering again from a dozen enthusiastic breeders. This really is a fun event for both the consignors and buyers with some great networking and working together. There truly is something for everyone from white, to red factor, to Full French. Show prospect heifer calves, some right out of the show strings, proven brood matrons and some great bred heifers, all with genetics that will add profitability to any program. The quality of the offering is very strong as always and over the years cattle have sold into seven provinces and into six U.S states. This is a testament to the quality. Candace and I have stated before that we think it is important for breeders, whether you are buying your first purebred female or have been in the business forever, to get together and exchange ideas and genetics. We want to set this stage and welcome everyone to come the night before the sale and join in a mixer at the Jay’s Inn and Suites hotel. Book your room early and if you have trouble getting one, ask for one under the No Borders block or contact us and we will help get one booked for you. The cattle market looks great for the long term and the shortage coming in the Charolais bull market is very exciting. This fall it was very evident that pounds pay and crossbreeding is essential in the commercial industry. There is truly an endless opportunity in the Charolais breed and we encourage you to come and join in these exciting times with us. You are welcome to view the sale cattle the day before when they move into the auction market or the morning of the sale. If we can be of any assistance before the sale to facilitate your purchasing, please don’t hesitate to contact us, any of the consignors or sale staff. Always in the best interest of Charolais, Helge & Candace By

Her sire, Armageddon, has done a tremendous job for us, and his greatest contribution to our program will be his daughters. Michelle 80C is the first ever Armageddon female to be offered for sale. Michelle 80C has it all; feminine fronted, deep ribbed, stout made, and all wrapped up in a moderate frame with a picture perfect tidy udder. To top things off, how about another first? Michelle 80C is bred early to none other than our new herd sire, JMB Fisher 604D! We believe this combination will be a game changer. Don’t miss this first class opportunity.

BW 90 lb. Elektra is one fancy heifer calf that will not be hard to pick out on sale day; if you are looking for a show prospect, Elektra will make it happen! Elektra is so genetically sound; she goes back to Jumper on her sire side and Impair on her dam side, this is pedigree to be reckoned with! I’m even having trouble describing her so don’t miss out on sale day by missing out on the last bid!

BW 104 lb. Elite is a deep-sided broody heifer that is going to make one heck of a cow. Elite’s sire, Rollin Aces Zip 12B is punching out a 920 lb 205 DW. Just imagine the results! Just my opinion, but she should be scooped up and bred to one of these strong polled or homo polled Charolais bulls you see out there in the industry.

BW 90 lb. Here is a bred heifer that has made me think: do I keep her in my herd, or do I give her the opportunity to do justice in someone else’s herd? Delta Dawn is built pretty darn smooth from head to tail. Her dam, HDT 23, is a 3/4 Full French cow I own. Delta Dawn has the calving ease of her sire, Explorer 21X and the punch of my Full French 2012 National Champion SCF You Betcha 94Y. Follow that up Service Sire: HBSF 148C with Rollin Acres Lizzie 17W on the dam side and this is a combination that just adds up! To boot, she is preg-checked safe for the middle of February to calve to my Polled Full French bull, HBSF 148C, that I purchased this spring. This combination just keeps adding up to fantastic!
