Happenings on the Hill Spanish sculptor Dallas’s first exhibition dedicated exclusively to one of Spain’s most celebrated modern sculptors is now on display at the Meadows Museum at SMU. Wilderness Women A new exhibit hosted by SMU’s DeGolyer Library features narratives and memorabilia of women who faced massacres, famine, and blizzards in the American wilderness. “OK, I’ll Do It Myself ” opened in January and runs through March 28. The exhibit also features 144 books, photographs, and manuscripts by 101 women, dating from 1682 to 2015.

Medal of Freedom Former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg has received the Tower Center Medal of Freedom from SMU’s John Goodwin Tower Center for Political Studies.
