Before departing from the island, guests should make a reservation at The Palms’ Parallel 23. The al fresco restaurant looks like a European courtyard, and the menu is indulgent with appetizers like tuna tartar and chicken satay, to main courses like the Caicos Bank Grouper served on a bed of chickpea, turmeric cream and arugula. Turndown service at The Shore Club includes a neatly tucked bed with slippers set to each side, a bottle of water and a chocolate on the nightstand, and a quote on a square piece of cardstock. “Live the story you want to tell,” one says. Of course, those staying at the resort have already met this challenge.
