Through the tireless efforts of its all-volunteer group, the foundation provides essential resources that support patients and their families of those who are facing advanced illnesses. Each year, the foundation hosts one of the signature events of the Palm Beach season. Hospice Evening invites friends and supporters to celebrate the foundation’s work and to raise additional funds for hospice care.
