GUIDELINES AND POLICIES RESERVATIONS: Reservations are required with availability based on a first-come, first-served basis. You may make several reservations at one time to guarantee space is available.

CANCELLATION: We accept cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. If we are not informed of a cancellation before noon the day before, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged.

LATE POLICY: The daycare/boarding closes at 10 pm, Monday – Sunday. If you do not pick up your dogs during these hours, you will be charged appropriately until you pick up your dog. If you know you will be late, arrangements can be made if you call and make arrangements at least 3 hours prior to close.

FOOD/MEDICATION GUIDELINES: We will feed your dog and/or administer simple medication for you. Medications must be put into a Ziploc bag and clearly labeled with the following: Name of dog, Name of Owner, Medication Name, Dosage instructions, Begin and end date of medication.

SICK DOG POLICY: We reserve the right to refuse a dog if he is flea infested or sick. If you dog becomes ill while in our care, we will isolate him/her until we can contact you to pick him up.

COLLAR GUIDELINE: All dogs must wear a collar. Metal collars of any kind are not acceptable. We encourage name tags on the collars as well. LEASH GUIDELINE: We follow the leash laws of Tulsa. Every dog arriving or leaving our premises must be led by a leash that is six feet long or less.
