About the Band

They met at the University of Popular Music and Music Business in Mannheim, Germany. Henne, Filou, Lore and Tilli became good friends and in 2008 they decided to start a band. The style can be described as alternative indiepop with rock and techno elements. The first EP „Since we moved on“ was published under their own small record label in 2009. It was sold at various concerts all over Europe. They supported acts like Trail of Dead, Get well soon, Kilians and The Virgins and toured through Iceland, France, Switzerland, Lithuania and Luxemburg. In January 2011 their second EP „Welcome home“ was released in Berlin under the label „Snowhite“. They also played at Midem, an exhibition in Cannes where labels, publishers, artists and bands come together to form new business connections. Michael Dixon and Giovanni Damiani from Kensaltown Records were so impressed by Abby´s individual music style that they invited them to London to record three tracks. The collaboration went so well that Kensaltown offered to record a complete album with Abby which will be released in 2012. This book shows a part of the record‘s mastering.
