Job Title: CEO, http://gogmat.com/ Location: Preferably - Kiev, Moscow, but also possible worldwide. Frequent business trips. CEO is required to develop and promote a brand-new GMAT adaptive software on the US, European and other international markets. You will be dealing with promotion of the newest adaptive learning system, designed to meet the requirements of all clients worldwide. You will head the international business with all associated prospects. You will be responsible for building very fast growing clients base and for increasing significantly cash flow. Being a part of a group of famous educational brands covering all spheres of business education, the new project will become a new #1 brand – a new market leader and a source of constantly growing number of clients. Along with searching for new opportunities for the business, you will report to the shareholders and will be responsible for direct implementation of business development strategy and carrying out analyses. You will be free to use all business tools to lead this challenging and at the same time interesting entrepreneurial project, constantly looking for new distribution channels at the “intensive growth stage” and building up firm partnerships. The job will also include marketing, advertising and planning of promotion for various target markets. We are seeking a highly self-motivated person with successful experience in internet projects, with strong entrepreneurship spirit, the one who wishes to venture on his or her own, with the intent of creating a double growth!!! We are very experienced in business educational market and are market leader in Eastern Europe. The candidates will need the following:  Fluent English. Russian is not necessarily, but will be additional advantage.  5+ years of experience in internet oriented start-ups and business development, successful experience in building projects  Excellent understanding of internet marketing, building sales channels, dealing with international partners and clients.  Effective communication skills. Must possess excellent face-to-face communication skills and be able to communicate and motivate via written media;  Strong understanding of strategy, marketing and sales. Strong experience in building sales channels from zero.  Self-motivation and results-orientation. Has to be able to work individually to meet stated goals;  Ability to handle stress, working under time pressure and strict deadlines;  Ability to get on with others and be a team-player!  Desire to learn and grow professionally. Keenness for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
