My take on my RESULTS: I have to say that I do not consider myself a performer. According to my results, I am an “Artisan Portrait of the Performer (ESFP)”. It sounds as if I am someone who is creative and into the arts but I believe myself to be far from that. I do agree with the description that I like to delight those around me with warmth and good humor, but I do not agree with the statement describing me as having extraordinary skills in music, comedy, or drama. When I am around friends
and family, I am certainly full of fun and laughter. I like to have a good time and like to encourage those around me to lighten up and enjoy life. I do not believe that I am a born entertainer. The only time I am excited to play in front of an audience is when I am playing volleyball, whether at free-play or in a club tournament. However, I do agree with the following: The Performers' talent for enjoying life is healthy for the most part, though it also makes them more subject to temptations than the other types. Pleasure seemsto be an end in itself for them, and variety is the spice of life. And so Performers are open to trying almost anything that promisesthem a good time, not always giving enough thought to the consequences.
I am very open-minded and will try anything at least once that promises a good time. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s bad, but I won’t know until I try right? Additionally, I do believe that I am very optimistic. I always like to look on the bright side of things and like to think positive when down and in trouble. I am also very generous, which is not always a good thing. I have a big heart and sometimes people like to mistake my kindness for weakness. Overall, I agree with some of the descriptions of these kind of people “ESFP”, but I do not feel that it is the best title for me. I do not like that it describes me as an Artisan becauseI know that I am not.
