Synopsis
Managing BIM and Digital Engineering operations for the Victorian Heart Hospital. ($470m) Responsible for working with key stakeholders in the creation and optimisation of managerial BIM/ DE documentation, in line with global and state government standards. From managing complex building services clash detection and coordination, facilitating valued opportunities for commercial and project programming outputs, via interfaces with the model and database, utilising 4 & 5D workflows; to increasing client outcome value through development of a comprehensive maintainable building and clinical asset database, integrated with the BIM for use by facilities management from day one.
