Background and Problem The company wished to tender for contracts with large organisations, but had no previous experience of tendering and was concerned about having insufficient time to carry out the process properly. Actions Taken A tendering readiness workshop was prepared for the MD and staff, and run at the client’s office. The workshop included: guidance on the information that can be prepared in advance of pre-qualification questionnaires and the actual tender; how to manage the process; how to prepare the tender; how to make it stand out from the competition. The Result The company now has the tools and methodology to tackle the tendering process in a controlled and timely manner.
