JAMES SYMONS LEADS VOLUNTEERS FOR NIAGARA HEALTH EXPO Working together is the key to the success for the Niagara Health Expo as doctors, healthcare providers, media partners, and volunteers collaborate to produce the event. Volunteers will play a vital role at the third annual Expo to be held on October 1 at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre in St. Catharines. “The upcoming Expo will be the third year I have volunteered for the event. The interactive event allows vistitors to gain information on treatment and prevention of health related matters. The healthcare providers are up to date with most recent health trends,” said James Symons, a dedicated Expo supporter. Free admission and free parking for all Expo visitors is made possible thanks to local sponsors such as Gluckstein Lawyers, Henderson’s Pharmacy, Elio’s

Foot Comfort Centre, among others. “The volunteer experience at the Expo is also great for high school, college and university students pursuing health related studies. They can meet with potential employers and learn about the various health care professions. Connecting with the community is very important to future success. I encourage interested volunteers to contact me to join the team,” said James Symons. Anyone interested in volunteering can email James at jamessymons79@ gmail.com or phone event producer, Paul Carfagnini, 905-328-5296. Snacks will be provided for volunteers and exhibitors.
