Chocolate cake: INGREDIENTS -

5 eggs

250 g of Brown sugar

120 g of flour

-

1 packet of baking powder

-

125 g of butter

-

2 chocolate bars

PREPARATION -Take a bowl and put inside the 5 eggs, 250 gr of brown sugar, 125 gr of flour and the baking powder. -In another bowl, put the 125 gr of butter and 1 chocolate bar, and melt it. -Throw the mass of chocolate to the other mass and mix it very well, to make a homogeneous mass. -After this put all the mass in a mold. -Before all the steps, preheat the oven with the turbo. After 10 minutes, put the mold inside the oven at 180ยบ C for 30 or 40 minutes.


Cupcakes: Ingredients: -400 g of sugar. -1/4l of oil. -1/4l of milk. -4 eggs. -The baking powder. -400 g of sugar. -400 g of flour. -1 lemmon. -Trimmings. Preparation: -Turn on the oven to 200 degrees. -Prepare ingredients and put the ingredients in a bowl. Put Âź l milk. -Put Âźl of oil. -Put four eggs. -Put 400 g of flour. -Put 400 g of sugar. -Put the two baking powder. -Put the zest of one lemon. -Use a pastry blender until it is smooth and fine. -Is smooth and fine. -Previously had prepared two trays of molds. -Fill the molds halfway.


-Decorate to taste. Options: Sugar, chocolate ... -Put in the oven. -Bake ten minutes.. -Retire the cupcakes from the oven. -Put the cupcakes in a dish.


Brioche Ingredients: -

1kg flour

150g sugar

150g butter

-

30g yeast

-

5 eggs

20g salt

-

1 lemon

-

2g cinnamon

-

2g anise

-

2g vanilla

-

2g nutmeg

Preparation: -Mix sugar and eggs, then add the yeast and the flour. Blend it with the butter, the cinnamon, the anise, vanilla and nutmeg. Later add the salt. -Knead it and put in the furnace, soon take out it and let it rest for 30 minutes. Now we can cut the brioche and put inside whatever we want, like: cream, truffle, jam...


Cake Ingredients: -

100g chocolate powder

One tablespoon of yeast

100g sugar

Dressing:

150g of chocolate

Preparation: -

Separate the bud from the egg.

Put butter in a pot without leave it boil, add the bud and sugar chocolate powder. Mix everything well.

Add the flour and yeast.

-

Spread butter in a 20cm round mold to pour the mass and put it in the oven.

-

Put the oven at 180 degrees.

-

Oven chocolate and pour over the cake.


Cupcakes Ingredients: -500 g of butter -A cup of sugar -Four eggs -One cinnamon vanilla -Two cups of flour -Grated lemon or orange -A teaspoon of baking powder Preparation: -Place the four eggs, the sugar, the granulated lemon and the 500gr of butter in a bowl. Mix. When you finish it, incorporate the flour and mix to get an homogeneous mass. Then, put the baking powder and the crashed stick of cinnamon vanilla. Mix it again and put the mass into the molds. Bake it at 250ºC for about 3’. -Beat the 500ml of whipping cream with icing sugar. Put the whipped cream and the granulated chocolate to decorate.
