This award recognizes an evidence-based best practice in patient access. In doing so, the Patient Access Collaborative will recognize the person(s) who developed, designed, and/or implemented the initiative that improved patient access to the ambulatory enterprise. Best practices represent evidence-based, high-impact strategies or workflows that drive measurable improvements in patient access. These practices set a standard of excellence by enhancing efficiency, reducing barriers, and delivering exceptional outcomes for patients.
