Sean McKee, Executive Chef McKee comes to PGA National from Salamander Resort & Spa (Middleburg, Va.) where he was part of the opening team and oversaw six dining outlets. Previously he was at Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester Village, Vermont. While there he was Leader of the Chef Council for HEI Hotels & Resorts as well as 2011 Manager of the Year. Formally trained at the Walt Disney World Culinary Institute in Orlando, his past experience also includes owning a catering company as well as farm-to-table restaurants in British Columbia.
