此项目是由天津大学建筑学院和英国卡迪夫大学建筑 学院共同主办的以“可持续性的建筑设计”为主题的“视 觉艺术展厅”联合设计活动,旨在借助 Ecotect、Airpak 等模拟分析软件,探索空间和构造体系的灵活性,功能的 适应性以及对气候条件的应对等。双方各招 12 至 14 名 学生,进行跨年级合作。 活动时间为 2011 年 5 月 11 日至 2011 年 6 月 6 日, 其中 5 月 11 日至 5 月 27 日活动地点为天津,包括参观、 调研、概念设计和方案设计等内容;5 月 27 日至 6 月 6 日活动地点为英国,包括成果深化和汇报及游览等内容。

花屋 Flower House

概念

Flower House 从基地环境入手,希望创造出能和环境融合,同时具有生态效益的临 时建筑。睦南公园的花圃吸引了我们的注意力,以花为形态出发点,我们开始往下摸索。

空间

视觉艺术展廊作为睦南公园内的临时展示建筑,应当具有快拆快建的特性。展廊是针 对市民的公共活动空间,展品也是定期更换,内容可以是商业展示,也可以是五大道 内民间艺术展示。

建造

我们主要从花的组成,花的生长态势来生成建筑,套入简单功能的展厅被分成了四个 部分,形态模拟由花苞到绽放的过程。建构方面以轻质复合木板、木条和空心钢条等 轻质材料来实现。屋顶的上下灵活性则是由薄膜材料和中心控制玻璃管来实现。 花屋的建造具有可复制性,内部空间是可以划分的大空间,在合理的运营情况下可以 推广到其他类似睦南公园这样的公共活动场所。

CONCEPT

We start to design from the site.We hope to create a contemporary pavilion which can into the environment and contain high ecological results as well. We put our attention on the flower nursery in Munan park and begin to research based on the shape of those flowers.

SPACE

To be an compact and polyvalent pavilion in Munan park,the art gallery should obtain the character that can be built quickly.As a space open to the public,exhibitions held in the art gallery gonna be renewaled regularly.The content can be both commercial shows and folk art in the Five Old Street.

Construction

There are two main line we obay ,one is the constitude of a flower,the other is the different steps in growth.Finally we choose to make four flowers as a result after we anaylsis the functions we need. The materials we choose for Flower House should reflect the contemporary character.Light composite wooden board and hollow steel gonna represent for the main body and structrue however the flexible roof should be controled by the central mask which made of glass and steel. The construction way of the Flower House can be copied easily.The interior are all big spaces which can be use freely,and we believe it can be spreaded to other public space if someone could operate it successfully.

概念

THE ART BOX 不应仅仅为视觉艺术提供展览场所,其自身也应作为艺术的一部分, 带给观者体验、思考。 灵感源于钱钟书先生的《围城》:“里面的人想进去,外面的人想出去。”我们将这 种中式哲学寓于建筑中。

空间

以螺旋路径贯穿空间序列,使人深入核心过程中渐窄渐暗,而中心空无一物的萧索和 拾级而上的光明开阔的剧烈反差则使人获得强烈的空间感受。

气候设计

我们以绿色混凝土 BITUBLOCK 为材料,利用 3Dmax 进行的光照模拟控制砌块尺寸 使室内获得了最优质的光强,并利用实体模型和 Cardiff 大学人工天穹和 Megatron 进行了实体光照实验。Rhino 和 grasshopper 使块材的建构更为灵活和可行。

CONCEPT

The art box should not only a container, but also a work of art. We want to put Chinese philosophy in the design and arouse visitor’s thinking about life.

SPACE

We use the circulation spiral to guide people go along a spatial sequence and experience the philosophy of this building.

Climatic Design

One kind of sustainable material ---BITUBLOCK is chosen to build the block cladding wall , and the large panel glazing can be the environmental barrier and control. The size of BITUBLOCK is decided according to the lighting test by using 3Dmax as well as the physical test under a small artificial sky in Cardiff .Rhino and grasshopper are also used to work out the size and spacing of bricks in the wall .

深入思考视觉艺术,我们发现有时人们看到的并不一定是真相。视错觉也是一种视 觉艺术,它提醒人们眼见并不一定为实。 基地选址在内部充满活力的公园内,但紧邻公园的街道却活力欠缺。 于是两层格栅的想法出现,解决了以上两个问题,即既可以造成视错觉效果,又能 联系公园和街道,使活力蔓延。 当人们沿格栅行走时,从街道向公园内看,还是从公园看街道上的行人车辆,隔着 格栅都有视错觉效果。这是公园和街道的视觉联系。另外两层格栅对两边行人均开放, 这是路径上的联系。 方案中共设置五种视错觉形式,分别是格栅和四个不同形式的房间。 方案同样考虑了可持续设计。材料选用木材。所有的格栅可旋转,使东夏两季可控 制日照量多少。开窗经由 ecotect 测试检验。在步行道下采用脚踩发电技术,提供格 栅旋转和格栅顶部路灯用电。 Thinking about visual art, we will find that what we see can not always be the truth. Illusion is a kind of visual art that focus people to tell whether seeing is believeing. The site is in a park with a lot of activities inside, but little outside, by the street . Then two layers of screens come out, which bring the illusion, at the same time connect people inside and outside. When people walk, illusion appears on the screen. Both scenery of the park and flowing cars in the street can be the sourse of illusion. This is the visual connection. Another connection is that the screen is open and invited to people from both sides. Five kinds of illusion work in the project. They are screens and four rooms confusing people inside. This project also have sustainable design. Almost all the material is wood. All the gratings can rotate to a degree so that in summer and winter different amount of daylight is in. large windows is on both sides, and designed by ecotect test. New energy is considered to use. That is Pedestrian Power, which is put under the wooden passway and give energy to light the street lamp on the top of the gratings and rotate gratings.

纯自然的花园,缺少易识别的标志物,人在其中易产生迷失感,尺度的判断不再 明晰。 迷宫本身表达了聚与散的多种含义,其中的两个方面:一是人们分别在墙的两边 行走时,因为洞的存在而可以时不时的互相看见,造成隔而不分的感觉,同时连续的 洞口提供了从不同角度观看时隐时现展品的角度,产生了人在丛林中行走的感觉。一 是路径上的聚与散,路径必须二选一,一实一虚,通过镜面连续反射以将人们引导至 虚像,产生错觉。 白色的横向伸展的薄墙并未对场地产生阻挡感,柔和的曲线和洞与洞的连续出现 产生轻盈感。建筑面积安排在了迷宫的另一端,成为社区的多功能场所。 It is a pure natural garden without easily identifiable markers, which is easy to produce the sense of lost and difficult to determine the scale of building. Maze itself express multiple meaning of getting together and apart. There are two aspects: First,when people are walking on both sides of the wall at the same time, they can occasionally see each other because of the hole's existence . This results in separated and regardless feelings. And the continuous hole sometime provides a different perspective when people view the exhibitions, resulting in a kind of feeling of walking in the jungle. Another point is gathering and dispering on the path. People must choose a way from the two path,which got only one real way. And the continuous reflection of the mirrors guide people to the virtual image and illusions. White horizontal thin wall does not block the site and a sense of gentle curves and holes cause a sense of lightness consecutive. And the other side of the building area is arranged to be a community multi-purpose venues.

自然自身可以作为艺术品。 不仅仅是视觉的,而是包含各种感官。 画廊能够提供含蓄的方式去看、触摸、嗅和听,通过集中的和设定的建筑场景来感受 自然。 在平面上和剖面上同时体现了建筑与景观融合。自然容许侵入建筑,室外可以被带 入室内。定义自然和人工的边界变得模糊。 Nature can be an art piece in itself. Not purely a visual art but a multi-sensory experience. The gallery can provide an ulterior way to see, feel, smell and hear the natural environment in a controlled and focused series of architectural scenarios. The integration of the landscape with the architecture occurs both in section and plan. Nature is allowed to intrude, the outside is brought in. The border defining the separation of the natural and the artificial becomes ambiguous.
