HUMANITARIAN OF THE YEAR KAITLYN AND ANDREW COLEMAN In addition to being a Parks REALTOR®, Andrew is the Executive Pastor for the Victory Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet. The March 3rd tornado caused catastrophic damage to many neighborhoods and hundreds of homes in Mt. Juliet. After the tornado hit, Andrew got an early morning call asking if they could open the church as shelter for those who needed it. In the following days and weeks, Andrew and Kaitlyn organized food, supplies, clean-up crews, and temporary housing for hundreds of people and families. They worked around the clock in a tireless effort to help everyone and anyone who had a need and had suffered loss. Kaitlyn and Andrew stepped up with servant hearts, compassion, and kindness to help those in their community who were living a nightmare.

The Premier Property Group, our partner on the Emerald Coast and 30A of Florida, had an incredible year with a total sales volume over $640 Million, and achieving the highest sales price ever in Alys Beach as well as the highest price residential transaction ever in the panhandle on both buyer and seller sides at $16M. PPG also raised over $25,000 in charitable donations for local charities.

The Parks Group, our commercial real estate partner, had another great year of growth, closing over $105 Million in commercial real estate through 77 transactions. Their services include leasing and development of retail centers, office complexes, and industrial spaces, and their agents are equipped with the latest technology and have immense insight into the community thanks to living, working, and being involved in the community.
2020 was the largest year of real estate transactions in the history of Lenders Title Company, d/b/a Solomon Parks Title & Escrow. SPLTC offers stellar closing services to real estate agents and lenders from processing the file, closing the transaction and disbursing the funds. SPLTC will continue to offer training for their free agentbranded app, an invaluable tool that helps from the listing presentation to the marketing of the home. Being located in close proximity to Parks offices, SPLTC is able to provide a personalized experience encompassing remote closings and bilingual services that adapt to the needs of our clients through unmatched flexibility and communication.
Parks Auction Company had a very successful year with the opportunity to assist many families with estate settlements, downsizing and land sales as well as investors and businesses with their on site and online auction needs. We continued to look for ways to contribute to our community by donating our services and auction tents for multiple charities and fundraisers as well as donating our auction truck for several months to Grace Baptist Church so they could continue outdoor church services. In 2021 we will continue to focus on making a positive impact on our community, as well as helping our sellers through times of transition to get the maximum price for their property.

Many focused on the recovery efforts in areas devasted by the Nashville and Cookeville tornadoes, and we also supported frontline health workers responding to COVID-19.
