2016 brought tremendous growth to Solomon Parks thanks to our fantastic agents and clients! A thirty percent increase in closings over 2015 gained us the prestigious ranking of Number 21 of the top 500 firms in the country by title closings according to the 2016 RealTrends Top 500 Report.

2016 was another great year for Legacy Home Loans. Our annual loan production was over $160M, which was a 20% increase over last year. In addition, our team has grown significantly from 15 to currently 20 employees.

To accommodate this growth, we integrated 8 new team members into our eight 8 offices, including three attorneys, bringing our total Solomon Parks team to 19 non-attorney members and 5 attorneys. Thank you for your loyalty and we are grateful for each of you and for the Parks Realty family!

2016 MILESTONES INCLUDE • 30% increase in closings from 2015 • Ranked #21 by Real Trends Top 500 Firms • Added 8 new team Members

2016 MILESTONES INCLUDE • 20% increase in loan production from 2015 • Ranked #27 by Real Trends Top 500 Firms

• Added 5 new team members • Moving headquarters to the Parks, Brentwood office in order to increase synergy with the rest of Parks Corporate team.

• Full direct FHA approval, which opened doors for more competitive pricing for our customers

2016 was a year of growth and new beginnings for the Parks Auction division. Starting the year strong, Parks Auction Co solidified the title of the largest auction company in the SE upon completing the merger/acquisition of Agee & Johnson in Lebanon, TN. In addition to adding the Wilson County firm, Parks Auction invested in a new marketing strategy that would utilize

a robust TV campaign designed to educate the community on the benefits of selling at auction. In addition to their television campaign, the firms marketing efforts were focused heavily on growing their social media footprint. A huge success, Parks Auction now has over 11K followers on Facebook & successfully reaches over 800,000 people per month through their regular posts and auction advertising. With great appreciation

& respect for our community, Parks Auctioneers proudly volunteer their talent and time by participating in charity events like Make-A-Wish, the Tennessee School for the Blind, and dozens of other charities across the Middle Tennessee Area.
