Please pray for peace for Peter. Pray for Deb Mooers who had abdominal surgery on Thursday, July 5th. Pray for a complete and speedy recovery. Pray for Kim Vannadil’s mother who is in hospital in Korea after surgery for a stroke. Please pray for complete recovery from the stroke and peace for Kim who is very worried about her mother Pray for the Gillett family as they mourn the passing of Jordan. Pray that they will experience God’s peace and love and the love of family and friends during this time. Pray for Steve and Irina Yagilnicky as they arrange for 16 orphan children and 2 caregivers from the Ukraine to visit the United States for 4 weeks starting June 29. This program provides free medical care, the love of Jesus, and a "Rainbow of Hope" to orphan children. Please help us find a bone marrow match for a 15 year old boy in Surrey; his name is Gavin. To see if you could be a match and save his life, please go to www.onematch.ca and follow the easy instruction for testing. No surgery is necessary, just a mouth swab, and you could save the life of someone in need. Prayer is also needed at this time for those who need stem and bone marrow transplants. Thank you so much Prayer Chain & Prayer Team: Shannon Escaravage (604-534-5852)

When you come to church, you don’t need to be experienced in the game of church. As a matter of fact, we try hard to ensure that nobody feels engaged in any kind of religious game. At Parkland, you don’t have to dress up in a particular uniform. You don’t have to be a particular age. Most of all, you don't have to feel the need to pretend to be anything other than who you really are. Just come as you are, pick up a cup of coffee or tea, and relax! One thing is for sure—no experience is necessary. Leadership team Kent Anderson (kenta@twu.ca)
