Land lease RV camping and cottage resorts offer affordable getaways and vacation homes. Land lease owner-operators are long-term municipal partners. They provide economic well-being and population growth in rural and small urban areas. Land lease communities are valuable partners for municipalities because they typically assume the ongoing costs of infrastructure. Homes in Parkbridge retirement communities are more affordable to purchase than traditional freehold homes, allowing retirees to maintain and build equity while freeing up money for life’s other priorities. Parkbridge offers attractive communities for families buying their first home. Homes in Parkbridge family communities are more affordable to purchase than traditional freehold homes. Parkbridge communities are professionally managed, often with quality amenities. Parkbridge builds community within communities, where residents feel supported and connected. Parkbridge communities are often located in picturesque settings outside of urban centres. Parkbridge builds, stays and invests in our communities. Adjustments to rent are made after rigorous consultation with onsite management and consider local market rates, inflation, and maintenance needs to protect homeowner equity.

RESORTS Our RV, camping and cottage resorts provide memorable getaways for seasonal and overnight guests. Parkbridge resorts are located in picturesque locations across Canada. Our RV, camping and cottage resorts include seasonal and overnight sites as well as ready-to-camp rentals. Parkbridge RV, camping and cottage resorts are professionally managed with quality amenities for families. Many Parkbridge RV, camping and cottage resorts offer family activities and children’s programs. Parkbridge continually invests in resort amenities and infrastructure. Typical Parkbridge guests return year after year, and take pride in their summer recreation home. RVs, tents, park models, yurts, cottages, cabins, and chalets can all be found at Parkbridge resorts. In British Columbia, Parkbridge resorts offer camping in all four seasons. Cottage ownership with land lease rental is available at most resorts.
