Mikhail Yudovsky was born in 1966 in Kiev (Ukraine). After school he studied at the Technical College for Art and Design, then at the Institute for Foreign Languages. Since 1988 Mikhail Yudovsky has been a freelance painter wo has taken part in numerous exhibitions in Eastern and Western Europe and America. His first book („The Adventures of Torp Turp―, written together with Mikhail Valigura―) was published in 1992 in Kiev. Some of Yudovsky‘s poems, verses and stories were published in Ukraine, Germany, Russia, Great Britain and the United States. Since 1992 Yudovsky has been living and working in Germany.
