Ricci Rodriguez and Paul Ditty of Team Dulce Divine Designs, created the fashion "Mil Deseos" (A Thousand Wishes) with CTI's - Durilla Dandelions paper line.
We asked team Dulce Divine Designs about their fashion and experience in designing for the show.
What was your inspiration for the "Mil Deseos" fashion?
"Close your eyes make a wish, blow. This garment was inspired by a dandelion, and how a simple breeze can blow the seed pods up and into the air. It's whimsical, innocent, and sweet. Wish, dream, hope, and soar. Watch as the small and wispy seed pods scatter like a thousand wishes."
How many hours did your team spend on creating the fashion?
"Easily 100 for each piece if not more."

What do you like about The Paper Fashion Show?
"The show has grown so much in the three years that I've participated. I enjoyed it each and every time," says Paul Ditty . "Everyone comes together to create something spectacular and having a room filled with designers and other creative people is a feeling that is indescribable. It is truly where fashion and art collide."
What would you say to a designer that is on the fence about entering a fashion?
"Try it with a partner. It's a true challenge that may well push you to your limits but you'll benefit from the experience for sure. It is a lot of fun."
