Employee Spotlight Brian Skitsko
Traveling Philadelphia Sports!
Panco Management welcomed a new member to the #PancoFam recently - Brian Skitsko, Director of Revenue Management. Brian joined Panco after spending over ten years at LCOR, most recently as their Pricing Adviser & Director of Training. Brian comes with almost twenty years of property management experience, having also spent time as both a Leasing Consultant and Leasing Manager, as well as a Property Manager and Regional Manager. Brian loves being in the warm weather, often traveling to places like the Caribbean, specifically the US Virgin Islands, as well as Mexico, Florida and Southern California. He enjoys exercising, playing basketball and golf and completing landscaping around his house. Brian also loves to spend time with his wife and their two young boys. Fun fact about Brian: Brian says before he got married, he drove a bright yellow Camaro, we're talking Transformers' Bumble Bee yellow, that he took a lot of flak for. After he and his future wife's first date, she commented to her friends that "she liked him, but he drives a bright yellow carâ€?. Welcome to the #PancoFam, Brian!

Lakel was one of the reasons why I felt this community was where I was meant to be. Lakel Proctor, The Point at Laurel Lakes I’ve lived in many apartments over the years, and Heather Ridge is by far the nicest complex I’ve ever lived in. There’s plenty of parking, the units have washer and dryers and dishwashers, it’s affordable and super pet friendly. But all the amenities aside, I have to say I have never experienced such wonderful people that work in the office. I speak primarily with Dianne whenever I have any problems, and she is always very attentive and a joy to talk to on the phone. She has a great sense of humor, and I always know it’s going to be a fun conversation when I have to call the office. Diane DiGregorio, Heather Ridge We have lived our time at The Point! Particularly maintenance has been so prompt and helpful with my not-so-emergency calls (when I honesty have no clue how to fix something) and fix things correctly the first time. A Loss For the Panco Family Bradley Wiedel has been a part of the Foxfire Apartments, and Panco Management, family as a laundry attendant for over 25 years. Sadly, Bradley passed away on September 22, 2019. Bradley was a caring man; faithfully taking care of his elderly parents every day, as well as the residents at Foxfire Apartments. Bradley's compassion for others earned him the well deserving Pride of Panco - Customer Service award at our 2016 Regional-Mid Atlantic Holiday Party. Bradley will surely be missed.
