A 150-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility for youth ages 12-21 years old. Treating youth with general psychiatric disorders, lower cognitive functioning, and sexually aggressive males. Programs include LEAP which is an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) for males ages 12-17 and sex trafficking for males and females. New Hope Treatment Centers is located in Rock Hill, SC and is a Medicaid provider.

Regional Maternity Housing and Educational Center houses up to 30 women and their children for up to 5 years. During that time, they will receive professional counseling on Healthy Family support, Day Care for their children, Early Head Start, along with parenting classes. They offer women time to gain their degree or vocational training for college courses, PCA, CNA, culinary arts and cosmetology.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact our mental health crisis hotline at 540-825-5656. RRCS offers programs for infants and youth with developmental delays, disabilities, or challenging behavioral health issues. We also offer programs for young adults suffering a psychosis for the first time, with substance use disorders or with intellectual disabilities.
