About me Hey readers! My name is Paloma and I´m a 24 year old student from Zaragoza, Spain. I am currently on the third year of interior design at ESDA (Superior School of design of Aragón).

I am a travel enthusiast and I love to know different cultures and the diverse variety of architecture styles. All of this knowledge can help me to improve my designs and would make me grow as a designer.

Also I very like photograpy because as well as we all know, a picture worth more than a thousand words. It is the same reason for which I like to use 3D programs as Sketchup or 3Dmax, to show my projects. 2

Zaragoza´s identity My city, my home, here is your identity. What differentiates Zaragoza from the rest of the cities? What features can be captured through a camera? Several architectural works from different eras and styles are captured in this work, showing icons of the city from different points of view.

Natural chill out bathroom 6

The main purpose of this project is to create a chill out area inside a 16 m2 bathroom which it is inspired by nature. This is shown through the materials and shapes: stone and ceramics of wood imitation. 7

The space will be divided into three parts, in which the large countertop will take great importance since it is the separating element between the shower, the toilet and the main area. In this part, in addition to the countertop with the sinks and shelves, we find the chill out area, delimited by the floor and the wall that imitates the wood, where the rock-shaped bathtub is located, which has a vertical waterfall.

Worldwide home The Project’s main idea is to show the family’s history in their future home. It is a multicultural family, because the members that compose it are very different from each other, they all have their own different cultures, but they share several hobbies, so it would be interesting to find common ground to be able to perform different activities. The private space of each member, is clearly differentiated and takes us to different parts of the world, highlighting Asia, Africa, and Europe. 38

39

The project as a whole, aims to create a kind of theme park, simulate a trip, a space where we appreciate different cultures in an atmosphere where members live in perfect harmony. The common areas represent international waters, the high seas, which are open to all states, and freedom is present. The living room, dining room and kitchen will make up a large open space. To avoid “boundaries and develop relationships I have created this common space.

Location The house is located in Paseo Independencia, Zaragoza No. 34, in the heart of the city 40
