Alexander’s Patisserie — Now Open Alexander’s Patisserie is the bay area’s premier European patisserie experience. Located in the heart of Downtown Mountain View on Castro Street, Alexander’s Patisserie is a welcome addition to the area. The patisserie is led by Executive Pastry Chef Dries Delanghe. Chef Delanghe was born and raised in Belgium and graduated from the prestigious Ter Groene Poorte in Bruges with a bachelor degree in pastry techniques. He has honed his skills working in several world renowned pastry shops including, the 5-star Hotel Les Sangliers de Ardennes in Brussels, Belgium, Pierre Hermé in Paris, France, and the highly acclaimed 3-Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chef Delanghe describes his style as classic with a modern twist.
