It is designed to promote the importance of sensations in the individual through the arquitecture. It has two floors, the first at the level of the street and the second at underground in which it can be used for the choir and as a space for Praying. The basic thing that influenced the design was the use of natural light. This change of phase is due to the ceilings and the generation of walls that incorporate the exterior inside the chapel, managing to dive deeper into the spiritual world and feel closer to God.

Croarcs as Ephemeral Housing; to be conceived as a raw base prototype which can provide quick and easy construction idealized as emerging architecture ; inspired and taken as a model , kinetic principles of design in order to meet various needs for ventilation , lighting and de continuous demand of diverse users. Crosswire structural systems with bamboos overlapping with galvanized wire ties , recommended for roofs , domes , parabolas , hyperbolas , domes. “Croarcs ” pretends to provide shelter in situations of post-natural disasters, protecting one of the most fundamental principle in life; its safety. The inhabitants of these prototype ephemeral housing fortify the spaces and gives the true essence and meaning by social awarness , interaction and the sense of community ; Croarcs, due to its infinite flexibility , can unify , through diverse typology spaces, communities.

These “ Croarcs ” were thought to be built worldwide, whenever the necessity emerges. As a base and raw study model it has been proposed the implementation in the city of Linfen, China, known as one of the most polluted cities in the world; by having a design process of “Croarcs”, these prototypes would not only provide shelter, but also, could reduce significantly, pollutants, by being bamboo a specie that removes chemicals and pollutants from the air, coupled with being a great humidifier.


Moreover, it is well known that China, India and Colombia are the main countries were construction techniques with bamboo are more developed; without excluding the fact that China has deciduous forests with enhances the growth of this species. That is almost 3% of the total forest land area. And use in the Oriental culture dates back nearly 5000 years. The species having fruit in China is the bamboo Phyllostachys aurea due to soil type: Clay - gritty, the species has 7m high, and thickness of 3-4 cm. It is important for preserving and adequate life of the prototype to prevail adequate ventilation.
