Southcentral Assembly Fall CME conference We invite you to attend the Third Annual Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP) Southcentral Assembly Fall CME conference. This conference is designed for community and academic physicians as well as residents in training. Residents are encouraged to attend. We also welcome all attendees to stay for lunch and the business meeting of the PAFP Southcentral Assembly.

At the end of this session, participants will: • Review the diagnosis and management of some common skin conditions encountered in primary care practice • Recognize distinguishing features among similarly appearing skin lesions and conditions • Review treatment regimens and management options of skin conditions presented

At the end of this session, participants will: • Understand the new screening guidelines for Pap smears • Develop triage system for the use of HPV DNA testing • Plan appropriate risk-based care and follow-up
