Shortly, you'll receive an email to set up your online banking. Please follow the link within 48 hours. It will prompt you for a security code, which is the last four digits of your Social Security number. After entering the code, you'll proceed to create your username and password, and answer some security questions. Once your online account is established, you can download the Paducah Bank app from your app store—just search for "Paducah Bank." Use the same login credentials as your online account to access the app. You can start making deposits immediately by selecting 'Menu,' then 'Deposit Checks,' and following the prompts to photograph your checks using your phone's camera.
To opt-out of monthly paper statements and switch to e-statements, you can easily enroll through the app or on our website. In the app, navigate to your account, select 'Services' at the upper right, click on 'Statements,' and then 'Enroll.' On the website, access your account, choose the 'Statements' tab, and select 'Enroll.' If you encounter any questions, we're here to help.
If you need to withdraw cash and aren’t near a Paducah Bank ITM, remember you can use any Allpoint ATM without a fee.
