BEST BET Blues Friday It’s pretty remarkable that Jack Casady and Jorma Kaukonen are still performing together. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famers first started jamming together as teens, then were in on the ground floor of the ‘60s psychedelic scene as part of Jefferson Airplane and, during that time, formed Hot Tuna (which actually opened some shows for the Airplane) in order to continue playing the blues-influenced music they loved.
