We can’t begin to acknowledge all of the women who’ve cultivated this territory before us—though we hope you’ll check out the collection of links to articles in our online archives about horticultural women of historic note in our region (see pages 2-3). And in the pages ahead you’ll meet women who are shaping horticulture and nurturing contemporary gardens today.
