PROPUESTAS Y EXPERIENCIAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN Y DOCENCIA EN LA CREACIÓN ARTÍSTICA
PRÁCTICAS ARTÍSTICAS CONTEMPORÁNEAS: IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE LA DISCIPLINA BASADA EN EDUCACIÓN ARTÍSTICA EN EL GRADO DE INFANTIL CONTEMPORARY ARTISTIC PRACTISES: APPLICATION OF THE DISCIPLINE BASED ARTISTIC EDUCATION IN THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DEGREE Marina Gacto Sánchez mgacto@ucam.edu Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia Resumen: Nuestro plan de trabajo tiene como objetivo principal suplir la falta de conocimientos de nuestros discentes en lo referente al área de artes plásticas en la etapa de infantil, acercándoles a las teorías contemporáneas tanto en arte como en educación. Trabajando en equipo, nuestra práctica docente fomenta la adquisición de competencias transversales tales como la capacidad de análisis y síntesis, el conocimiento de informática relativo al ámbito de estudio y la capacidad creativa de nuestros alumnos. Para alcanzar nuestro objetivo principal, adaptamos a su plan de estudios la Disciplina Basada en Educación Artística (DBAE), diseñada y desarrollada por el Centro Getty para la Educación en Artes. Una de las innovaciones presentes en nuestra docencia es la incorporación de dicha metodología- incluyendo prácticas artísticas contemporáneas- para una formación estética actual y que fomenta el uso de las nuevas tecnologías a través de la elaboración de un blog a modo de portafolio artístico-narrativo. A través de nuestra metodología conseguimos una educación para el arte y una educación para la vida. Con la práctica docente intentamos que la amplitud del concepto "arte" sea tan inclusivo como la propia educación. Abstract: The main purpose of our teaching schedule is to improve the lack of knowledge related to the area of visual arts of our students, approaching them to the contemporary theories in both art and education. This teaching practice promotes the acquisition of skills such as the capacity for analysis and synthesis, computer knowledge concerning the field of study and creativity development. In view of the above considerations, we have incorporated a new framework for teaching art at university levels for students not related to arts by integrating into their curriculum a Discipline Based Art Education (DBAE), designed and developed by the Getty Center for Education in the Arts. One of the innovations presented is the inclusion of this methodology- including contemporary artistic practices- for current aesthetic education promoting the use of new technologies through the development of a blog as an artistic and narrative portfolio.
