WHO SHOULD ATTEND / PURPOSE OF POWT PACA’s Plant Operations Workshop and Tradeshow is designed to provide the optimum maintenance / plant operations techniques and methods to ultimately achieve peak performance while saving the company valuable dollars and cents at the same time! The target audience for the workshop is the plant superintendent/ manager, maintenance professionals, and individuals responsible for plant upkeep, repairs and preventative maintenance. DRESS Business casual dress is acceptable for attendees of the workshop. REGISTRATION INFORMATION There are two options to register to participate in the Workshop. Either complete the information on the registration page or visit PACA’s website at http://www.pacaweb.org/education-meetings/msha-springthaw/ to register online. Early registration rates apply to those who register and pay before January 24, 2014. HOTEL ROOM INFORMATION Hotel reservations are on your own and can be made directly through the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg. The sleeping room rate covers the cost of the meeting space, upkeep and utilities of the hotel. Staying at the meeting hotel also provides you with the benefit of after-hours networking and easy accessibility to meetings and sessions. Please help PACA avoid unnecessary penalties and keep registration fees to a minimum by booking your sleeping room at the Radisson EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION In the event of an emergency relating to an attendee of this meeting, it is PACA’s responsibility to contact a family member or the appropriate emergency contact person. Please provide a name and phone number of a person who may be reached 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY To cancel your registration, notify the PACA office at least five business days before the start of the meeting and PACA will refund all fees minus a $100 charge ($200 for exhibit booth cancellations). Cancellations within five business days or no shows will not be refunded due to fees already incurred by the association. Substitutions are always welcome. COLLECTION OF DATA By registering to attend the this workshop, you consent to PACA’s collection and storage of data on this form. This information will not be distributed outside the association.
