The club continues to maintain a positive financial position as we move through the season. We are incredibly grateful for the substantial donations received through our JustGiving page your generosity makes a real difference across all areas of the club.

We are also incredibly grateful for the continued support of our generous sponsors, whose backing plays a vital role in sustaining and growing the club.
Looking ahead, Mark, our clubhouse manager, is actively developing new revenue opportunities for the coming year and beyond His work will play an important role in strengthening the club’s long-term financial sustainability
We also have several exciting fundraising events on the horizon. The club will be taking part in the Santa Run in support of the Helen & Douglas House hospice, and a group of our volunteers are organising a cake stall to raise funds for TNT and Premier Sport within the clubhouse
Membership fees across our Mini & Junior and Senior sections remain a vital source of income and continue to support the high-quality experience we deliver to all our players. We are hoping for fantastic weather in March and April, which will be critical for successful festivals and strong attendance at Horsepath
As an Executive Board, we remain committed to making fiscally responsible decisions that support the long-term health of the club and serve the best interests of all our members.
As always, thank you to all our members, parents, volunteers, and supporters for your continued commitment to Oxford Quins Your involvement whether through donations, participation, or volunteering helps the club thrive.

The Girls’ section at Oxford Quins has hit the ground running this season with brilliant momentum and even bigger ambition. Our teams have been out competing at U10, U12, U14 and U16 level across the Bucks Invitational League as well as the Hampshire, Oxfordshire & Berkshire League For our younger age groups it’s all about participation, confidence and fun; while for the older girls, the competitive edge is coming through loud and clear –though the loudest moments often arrive after the final whistle with plenty of smiles and team spirit!
Our coaches have also taken rugby out into local schools, sparking interest and giving more girls the chance to pick up a ball for the first time We’ll be pushing this even further – and if you know a girl who’s curious about rugby, please send her our way!
To ensure game time for all, we ’ ve joined forces with Didcot and Newbury Girls in cluster teams – and it’s paying off The friendships being built across clubs are fantastic to see, and the rugby is thriving, but we ’ re driven to grow our own standalone squad as quickly as possible.
On 29th October we hosted a Girls’ Rugby Day featuring the inspirational Maud Muir, who returned to share her journey from grassroots Quins player to rugby at the very highest level. Twenty-five girls enjoyed a full day of coaching, skills work and real insight into what it takes to play the sport they love

We’re incredibly proud that three of our U14 players have been selected for performance academies this season. Watching them develop, then return to Horspath brimming with new skills and confidence, is something special These girls train hard, support each other relentlessly, and play with heart. The future of women ’ s rugby starts here – and it’s looking bright.
Girls’ rugby at Quins has never looked stronger We know how transformative sport can be for girls – in confidence, resilience, friendships and fun. Watching this squad grow is a genuine joy, and we’d love more girls to join the journey.
